Virtual Boy Switch Online Launch Line-Up & 2 Unreleased Games to Follow

We previously reported that Nintendo’s infamous Virtual Boy early VR console would making its way onto Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack on February 17, 2026, and now we also know which games will be playable upon the system’s launch on the service.

A total of seven Virtual Boy games will be playable from the Virtual Boy’s launch on Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack. These will be: Galactic Pinball; Teleroboxer; Red Alarm; Virtual Boy Wario Land; 3-D Tetris; Golf; and The Mansion of Innsmouth.

However, there’s a catch, in addition to requiring a Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack membership to play Virtual Boy games on Nintendo Switch or Nintendo Switch 2, you will also need to own either the Virtual Boy for Nintendo Switch 2/Nintendo Switch accessory in either its standard or cardboard form. Both can be purchased from the Nintendo Store.

In addition to confirming the Nintendo Classics Virtual Boy launch line-up, Nintendo has also revealed that amongst the other Virtual Boy titles to be added to the  Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack service later this year will be two previously unreleased titles. Said unreleased Virtual Boy games are: F-Zero title Zero Racers, and the adventure game D-Hopper.
