This year\u2019s event promises even more <strong>ZX Spectrum<\/strong>-related fun, and like its sister Commodore event, ZZAP! Live!, on which <a href=\"https:\/\/www.retronews.com\/staging\/zzap-live-2026\/\">we reported<\/a> last week, <strong>Crash Live!<\/strong> has moved to a superior venue for 2026, namely the <strong>Village Hotel<\/strong> in Coventry. Facilities at the <strong>Village Hotel<\/strong> include a swimming pool, gym, spa, Starbucks and restaurant. As well as over car parking spaces, and for those staying over, the hotel has over 150 rooms.<br \/><br \/><strong>Crash Live! 2026<\/strong> will cover each and every <strong>Spectrum<\/strong> system including the <strong>Spectrum Next<\/strong> family and there will also be many other retro systems for guests to play including Sega, Nintendo and various other systems, as well as a room full of retro arcade machines. <strong>Crash Live! 2026<\/strong> will open at 8:00 PM Friday 16 October 16, 2026, with the second day closing at 11:00 PM on Saturday October 17, 2026.<br \/><br \/>Guests confirmed for the event so far include: <strong>Andrew Braybrook<\/strong> and <strong>Steve Turner<\/strong> from <strong>Graftgold<\/strong> (Avalon, Quazatron, Rainbow Islands, Fire and Ice and more); and <strong>Stoo Cambridge<\/strong> from Sensible Software (Sensible Soccer, Cannon Fodder); with many more to follow.<br \/><br \/><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tickettailor.com\/events\/fusionretrobooks\/2047438\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Tickets for Crash Live! 2026<\/a> are on sale now, with a choice of VIP tickets for Friday evening and Saturday, and day tickets for Saturday.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-30653 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.retronews.com\/staging\/wp-content\/uploads\/Crash-Live-2026-Village-Hotel.png\" alt=\"\\crash Live! 2026 Village Hotel\" width=\"630\" height=\"288\" \/><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Crash Live!
