Mini Arcade Twin set to Bring 2-Player Arcade Experience to the Home

The Mini Arcade Twin is a new device that converts two original single-player Mini Arcade Pro cabinets for Nintendo Switch/Nintendo Switch 2 into a two-player cabinet, though it is only compatible with Nintendo Switch 2

Set to launch at Gamescom later this month, Mini Arcade Twin for Nintendo Switch 2 will be available either as a solus kit, or bundled with either one or two Mini Arcade Pro cabinets.

The Nintendo Switch 2 certainly has more than enough classic arcade titles available for it, such as the many Arcade Archives titles for Nintendo Switch on which we report every week, and the Mini Arcade Twin seems set to offer the ideal way to enjoy such classic arcade titles in two-player mode, just like you used to back in the arcades of yesteryear.

The Mini Arcade Twin is set to be released in October 2025, priced at £24.99 GBP/€29.99 EU for a solus kit, at £49.99 GBP/€59.99 EU bundled with one Mini Arcade Pro, or at £74.99 GBP/€89.99 EU bundled with two Mini Arcade Pros.

And if you’re lucky enough to be going to Gamescom in Cologne this year, you’ll be able to see Mini Arcade Twin’s manufacturer, iMP, demonstrating the Mini Arcade Twin in Hall 2.1, at Booth A-002.
