Nintendo has announced the opening of a new store in San Francisco, California, named Nintendo San Francisco. While the exact location within Union Square has not been confirmed, the store is set to open in 2025. This new store will join the existing Nintendo store in New York City, which hosts special events and displays like the Gulf War Game Boy.
In addition to physical locations, customers can also purchase Nintendo products through the My Nintendo Store online and the official Amazon storefront. To get a glimpse of what to expect from the San Francisco store, one can follow the Nintendo New York social media account, which recently announced a Paper Mario launch event scheduled for May 25, 2024. The storefront will offer tie-in merchandise like the Animal Crossing Isabelle’s House Visit Lego set. Nintendo San Francisco is expected to offer a similar experience, featuring demos, exclusive items, and event-related activities for fans.
