Woodfrog, the creator behind The Sequel Wars Mega Man fan game, has revealed a new homebrew venture for the Super Nintendo on Twitter. This project introduces a platformer featuring a young protagonist accompanied by a sentient hat.

In a brief 13-second preview provided by the developer, the character is showcased maneuvering through a mining-themed level while facing off against adversaries like airborne bugs, eerie flora, and adorable helmet-wearing octopuses. The primary weapon highlighted is a whip, with an ammunition user interface hinting at the inclusion of a long-range armament.
