Capcom’s Revival Plan for Mega Man: Regular Release of New Games

Despite losing momentum over the years, Mega Man still maintains a significant fan base, prompting Capcom to plan its revival. In a meeting with investors, the company stated it is exploring ways to continuously develop new games for the franchise, acknowledging the lack of new entries despite the favorable reception of recent collections.

Capcom told investors that they are considering how they can make Mega Man games on a regular basis.

"Mega Man is one of our highly-valued IPs and we are considering how to create games for it on an ongoing basis."
