Gumball in Trick or Treat Land is a new 8-bit RPG for Game Boy Color and Steam, on which we have previously reported.

And now, we finally know when Gumball in Trick or Treat Land will be rolling out onto Game Boy Color and Steam! The game’s release date has been confirmed by publisher Mega Cat Studios as being February 19, 2026.

The game has been described as “A whimsical, family-friendly quest inspired by Undertale and the classic Game Boy Color RPGs of the late ‘90s, Gumball in Trick-or-Treat Land will be available not only on Steam, but also as an authentic Game Boy Color cartridge, allowing players to relive the glory days of handheld 8-bit adventures.”
