90s Pinball Game Dino Land set to Spin onto PC & Consoles This Week

Dino Land, a dinosaur-themed pinball adventure game, that was originally released on Sega Genesis/Mega Drive and Sharp X68000 back in 1991 is set to spin its way onto PC and modern consoles this week, when the game receives a release on Steam, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4&5 and Xbox, at the wallet-friendly price of $5.99 USD (or local equivalent).

In Dino Land, the player assumes the role of Dino, a gentle-hearted dinosaur from the Jurassic era, and the aim is to attack invading dinosaurs who have attacked Dino’s girlfriend and friends. In order to do this, Dino has transformed himself into a ball with “hyper string power”.

Publisher Ratalaika Games have said that Dino Land features “beautiful visual arts and impressive sounds and music is created by the famous composer, Ichiro Haneda.”

Features of this release of Dino Land will include: a gallery with images from the original game’s illustrations, posters, box design, and more; a jukebox featuring the game’s music tracks; rewin and turbo functions; cheats; save states; and a number of screen filters.

This new release of Dino Land has been developed by Edia Co. Ltd. and will be published by the indie retro publisher Ratalaika Games this Friday, December 12, 2025.

Ratalaika Games has a fine track record of re-releasing underappreciated retro titles from the past for modern formats as we have previously reported, and we’re sure that Dino Land will be no exception.
