Flynn’s Arcade set to visit the Living Dead House on Switch

Living Dead House has been announced as the next retro-style game for Nintendo Switch from indie publisher Flynn’s Arcade, developed by the retro-inspired developer Deprecated Games.

The game appears to be another arcade-style single-screen platformer, which is a genre that Flynn’s Arcade always pulls off well, and Living Dead House should be no exception.

Features promised by Flynn’s Arcade in Living Dead House include: “Retro arcade thrills with modern polish

Gorgeous 16-bit pixel art bursting with personality

Spooky, toe-tapping chiptune soundtrack

Play solo or team up in local co-op

Arcade and Survival modes for endless action

Compete on leaderboards for 1 or 2 players

20 pulse pounding stages of undead mayhem

6 unique weapons and items to aid your survival

Collect hidden letters to unlock a devastating super weapon

Black & White and CRT filters for an authentic horror atmosphere.”

We hope to get our hands on Living Dead House to bring you a preview of the game prior to its launch on Nintendo Switch on April 2, 2026. What’s more,  the game will be available at a 20% discount for the first week!

We always enjoy the retro goodies served up by Flynn’s Arcade, most recently reviewing their strategy title Unto Deepest Depths, which we enjoyed deeply!
