QUByte Interactive Announces Retro Showcase, QUByte ReConnect

QUByte ReConnect, an all-new online showcase entirely dedicated to old games being re-released for modern machines, has been announced by the Brazillian games publisher QUByte Interactive, and they’re certainly ideally placed to hold such a showcase, as the publisher’s QUByte Classics imprint has been doing a grand job of preserving retro titles via releases on modern formats, as we’ve reported many times previously, such as on releases including the Soccer Kid Collection, the Thunder Hoop Collection, the Street Racer Collection, and the Beat ‘Em Up Collection.

The QUByte ReConnect showcase was announced by QUByte Interactive in a post on its X account, on which it said that: “too many 90s arcade gems are still trapped on dead hardware. We’re fixing that.” Here at RetroNews, we certainly agree, and we applaud QUByte Interactive for its stellar efforts in “freeing” such “trapped” retro gems for modern gamers.

The QUByte ReConnect showcase will be held on QUByte Interactive’s YouTube channel this Thursday (June 18, 2026 at 1700hrs (UTC-3). We look forward to watching the QUByte ReConnect showcase to learn which other retro gaming treasures QUByte Interactive will be preserving via releases for modern formats in their QUByte Classics line, and, of course, we’ll be sure to keep you posted on any upcoming releases here on RetroNews.
