Can you believe it’s been two whole decades since Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door captured our hearts? It’s a gem that gamers just love to celebrate at every chance they get. And it seems like Nintendo‘s been taking notes! With the recent sneak peek on their Twitter, it’s pretty clear that the Switch remake will be a loving nod to the original, keeping the charming art style and toe-tapping tunes we all remember so fondly. Your adventure begins in Rogueport, the central area you’ll come back to often during the game’s story. Rogueport was built by people long ago after a fight with the Shadow Queen and the four heroes. You’ll get to know this place well as you play.
