Square Enix and Artdink Corporation are developing Dragon Quest I & II HD-2D Remake for multiple gaming platforms, such as PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, Switch, and PC (Steam, Microsoft Store). This remake is set to launch in 2025 and will extend the narrative of the classic RPG trilogy, building on the recent release of Dragon Quest III HD-2D Remake. Gamers can explore the realms of Dragon Quest I and II, occurring sequentially after the events of Dragon Quest III. Although no further specifics are available currently, fans can anticipate two fresh adventures within the beloved Dragon Quest universe.
