Additionally, PCSX2 now supports a Big Picture mode for couch gaming, revamped patches and cheats using the Pnach 2.0 format, and has joined GitHub Sponsors and the Mastodon platform. The introduction of “Fastmem” by Stenzek has notably boosted memory access speed while maintaining accuracy. Furthermore, audio output, controller mapping, input options, RetroAchievements support, adoption of the PINE protocol, debugger upgrades, new compression methods, an automatic updater, and enhanced sound quality have been implemented. PCSX2 is committed to further advancements and invites community engagement in its development.

I’m Yousiff Taqi, born in ’87, and I’ve been a huge fan of retro games for as long as I can remember. My favorites are RPGs, Platformers, and Action Adventure. I’ve been interested in computers ever since I was young, which is why I pursued a Bachelor’s in Computer Engineering from Purdue University. Now, armed with my passion for both retro gaming and computer engineering, I’m excited to embark on new adventures in the world of technology, where I hope to merge my interests and make meaningful contributions. https://www.instagram.com/Aeon https://twitter.com/FencerDarkwind
