The Traveller ULW10 looks set to be the ideal solution or gamers who own both retro and modern machines, and who would like to play retro games in their original 4:3 resolution.
The Traveller ULW10 is a new monitor that has been designed specifically for retro gaming. It will offer a 4:3 screen, and it will have inputs for both modern and retro machines, which will include RCA, VGA, and HDMI ports. The Traveller ULW10’s10.1-inch LCD screen will offer native 4:3 resolution, without the need for black bars.
The monitor will come in a choice of three color schemes: red and white; cream white; and studio Gray. The Traveller ULW10 will be made by Unico, a company that was established in 2019, and whose previous products include the Unico MVSX three-quarter scale arcade cabinet, which featured a selection of SNK titles.
With CRT displays coming harder and harder to find, not to mention less reliable as time goes on, the Traveller ULW10 could be the perfect solution for retro gamers looking to replicate the full-screen 4:3 gaming experience of the past.
