Resident Evil 9’s Release Has Been Postponed, While Remakes of 0 And Code Veronica Are Underway

Resident Evil 9 has faced delays and won’t be announced this summer, with a release expected in late 2025 or early 2026. Insider Dusk Golem also revealed that Resident Evil 0 and Resident Evil: Code Veronica are getting remade, but there are no plans for a remake of Resident Evil 5.

Additionally, despite early rumors, there is no new remake of the first Resident Evil in the works, according to Dusk Golem.
