The November 2024 Evercade Game of the Month is now available to download. We’ve previously covered Blaze Entertainment’s Evercade retro console format when we reported on the announcements of two new cartridges for the system, namely Toaplan Arcade 4 and Metal Dragon & Life on Mars.
While the Evercade system doesn’t offer digital games as such, every month between April and December, Blaze release a new Evercade Game of the Month, which Evercade VS, Evercade EXP, and Evercade Alpha owners can download to their consoles for free, simply by updating to the latest system software.
The Evercade Game of the Month only remains playable until the system software is updated again, when it is replaced by the next month’s title, but if you want the Evercade Games of the Month to keep permanently, they are all compiled on one of Evercade’s Indie Heroes cartridges, which are released early the following year.
Even though we’re almost halfway through November already, the November 2024 Evercade Game of the Month has just been made available available to download. The November 2024 Evercade Game of the Month is Batty Zabella, a horror-themed point and click adventure which was originally developed for the Game Boy by indie retro developers Retro Room, who are also selling the game as a downloadable ROM for Game Boy.
