Head Over Heels is an isometric puzzle game released for various computers in 1987. The game has a cult following and was recently reimagined for the Sectrum Next by a team of dedicated fans of the original. The remake, titled Head Over Heels: Deluxe, was well received by the press, and this has spurred the team to release it on mainstream platforms. So, it’s with great excitement that Head Over Heels: Deluxe is out now on Steam with a Switch port promised for later in 2025. There is currently a special 25% off the Steam version to celebrate the launch.
With this enhanced version debuting now on PC and, later, on Switch, developer SpecNext is making the game accessible to the millions of players that played it across various systems in the 80s. This faithful remake elevates everything fans love about the original classic.
