Roadwarden is a 2022 Steam game that was hailed as an instant classic by critics and players alike. Now, developer Moral Anxiety Studio, alongside publisher Assemble Entertainment, has announced Roadwarden will be released on Nintendo Switch on August 25th, 2025. Pre-orders are now available on the Nintendo eShop for $10.99, with a 20% launch discount. The game will launch globally on 25 August 2025, with a release in Korea to follow shortly after.
In a press statement, the developer said. “Every shadow hides a threat, every stranger may be a friend or a foe, and every choice could be your last. Roadwarden on Nintendo Switch invites a new audience to lose themselves in a world where every path is uncertain and every decision has weight. The roads are calling, and only you can decide where they lead.”
