We first reported on the Shadow Gangs reprint back in September 2025 when the pre-orders went up on publisher PixelHeart’s website. Following some delays, the highly acclaimed Dreamcast side-scroller is finally available to buy. The PAL editionis limited to 1000 copies and will be selling fast, so interested parties should get in quick to avoid disappointment.
Shadow Gangs is an arcade-style ninja action game developed by JKM Corps with HD hand-drawn graphics and traditional animation. Players take control of Dan, the current master of the ninja order. Their mission is to rescue their family from the Shadow Force crime organization, known as the Shadow Gangs.
In a press statement, PixelHeart said. “After months of anticipation, preparation, and passion, Shadow Gangs is officially available for purchase on Dreamcast PAL, US, and JPN in the PixelHeart edition. This release marks an important milestone for everyone who has followed the project since its inception, as well as those who are discovering the game today. Shadow Gangs now joins the catalog of titles available to the public, ready to be played, collected, and shared.”
