Rayman 30th Anniversary Collection Leaps Onto Consoles And PC

In a surprise shadow drop, Ubisoft will today release Rayman: 30th Anniversary Edition for Ubisoft+, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, and PC through the Ubisoft Store and Steam. Developed by Digital Eclipse in collaboration with Ubisoft Montpellier, this anniversary release celebrates three decades of the beloved 1995 classic, featuring five versions of the game: PlayStation, Atari Jaguar, MS-DOS, Game Boy Advance, and Game Boy Color

Players will be transported back into the magical world of Rayman, navigating familiar settings like the Dream Forest and the musical chaos of the Band Lands to help rescue Electoons and save the world from Mr. Dark. The definitive edition includes new content, including a never-before-playable SNES prototype, 120 additional levels from bonus level packs, a faithfully reimagined soundtrack by composer Christophe Héral, and enhanced gameplay features such as a 60-second rewind, infinite lives, and invincibility.

In addition, Rayman: 30th Anniversary Edition features an exclusive interactive documentary. It invites fans behind the scenes with over 50 minutes of brand-new interviews with the original developers, as well as never-before-seen concept art, early sketches, and design documents that trace the origins and evolution of the legendary limbless hero. Furthermore, a physical edition will be released in June, with more details to follow.
