Alien Strike: Blasting the Intruders is a new pixel-art action platformer from developer Combo Game Studio and publishers Nuntius Games and Vsoo Games. A brand new demo for the retro-inspired title has been released and was part of the recent Steam Next Fest. According to the developer, “Alien Strike: Blasting the Intruders is an action-packed run-and-gun experience with retro pixel visuals and intense, fast-paced gameplay. Slide, jump, and shoot in eight directions while facing waves of alien invaders and chaotic combat scenarios.”

The demo gives players a taste of the explosive action, weapon swapping in real time, and high-energy battles against alien bosses. It’s a great opportunity to test mechanics, try upgrades, and provide feedback that can help sharpen enemy encounters, weapon feel, and overall flow before full release.

In more good news, Combo Game Studios announced that Alien Strike now has over 5,000 wishlists on Steam.
