Discrete Orange is a GBA puzzle platformer from developer Tardigrade and publisher Incube8 Games. We’ve been following the story and last reported about the digital ROM release back in November 2025. Alongside the digital edition and free demo versions, there is news that the physical edition of Discrete Orange is now on general sale, priced at $44.99 plus shipping and taxes. The publisher has described Discrete Oranges’ turn-based platforming mechanic as “one-of-a-kind”.
The game won 2nd place in the Overall category at the GBA Jam 2024, and this final physical version includes 10 more levels, making 20 in total, as well as new features. It’s great to see new GBA titles being released; it’s certainly one of the best handhelds of all time and deserves more physical releases.
