Manafinder is a new pixel art JRPG from developer Wolfsden LLC and retro publisher Ratalaikka Games. It’s out on Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 5, and PlayStation 4, on April 3rd, 2026, priced at $11.99. The game is set in a vast, untapped world where powerful wild beasts roam the dangerous lands. A community of survivors known as the exiles depend on heroes like the game’s heroine, Lambda, to obtain the power of manastones to keep their civilization safe.
A new trailer shows exactly what to expect, and the cutscenes look impressive. There also appears to be quite a lot of gameplay mechanics to explore, as well as a large world. We always love seeing retro releases on consoles, and Manafinder certainly looks like a great title for classic RPG fans.
Ratalaika Games has described Manafinder as “an RPG with rich exploration, nostalgic turn-based combat, and original pixel art”. Players will fight their way against ferocious beasts and other enemies in the quest for manastones as they define the fate of the exiled.
