Puzzle Bobble Everybubble! is a puzzle title from developers Taito and Arc System Works released on the Nintendo Switch in 2023. Now, the latest entry in the long-running Bubble Bobble spin-off series is heading to Steam on April 23rd, 2026. Set on Rainbow Island, transformed into a bubble-filled world by a wizard’s curse, this is an action-puzzle game in which the beloved bubble dragons travel across the island and embark on adventures with their friends, notably the endless-stage Scal Tower and the Puzzle Bobble vs. Invaders collaboration.

The release to Steam is a welcome one, as it helps Taito ramp up the 40th anniversary of Bubble Bobble and brings its spin-off to more players. The key feature of Puzzle Bobble Everybubble! is the introduction of co-op play for up to four players in Story Mode, a first for the series. The news of this release comes at the same time Taito has announced that Bubble Bobble Sugar Dungeons is getting a major update in August.

Players can enjoy the game at their own pace on their own, or experience the added fun of teaming up with family and friends to tackle the stages together. In addition to online matches where you can compete against players from all over the world to reach the top, local matches with up to four players are also available. You can enjoy a variety of rules, including 2 vs 2 tag matches.
