We first reported on Spanky Bat-a-Swing last month, and now the 1930’s-inspired classic 3D platformer, from developer Green Flamingo, has opened a Kickstarter campaign for those interested in some physical goodies or who just wish to support the developers as they start to wrap up development. Spanky Bat-a-Swing is due to release on Steam but will also be ported to consoles at a later date. Those wanting to try the intriguing rhythm gameplay can download a demo on Steam now.
The Kickstarter has some interesting physical items to back, including a figurine, a soundtrack vinyl, and a physical game, although this does appear to be codes in a box rather than actual carts or discs. So far, the campaign has amassed over $6,000 of the $25,000 set with twenty days to go.
