Last year we reported on Broken Sword II: The Smoking Mirror Reforged, a new remaster of the original Broken Sword sequel, that is still awaiting release on Steam. In the meantime, developer Revolution Software has announced a partnership with Red Art Games to produce a physical copy for Switch, PlayStation, and Xbox.
The exclusive special edition, available for pre-order, will include a copy of the game, an exclusive sleeve featuring the cover art from the original version of the game, a soundtrack CD, a Pixel Nico keychain, and an Instruction manual. There will also be standard editions released that can be pre-ordered from various retailers. Both editions are set for release in February 2027, most likely after the digital versions have been released.
