80s-inspired Isometric Title Kingdom of Night Haunting Consoles This Year

We first reported on Kingdom of Night, an 80s-inspired action title from developer Friends of Safety and publisher Dangen Entertainment, in 2025 when it was released on Steam. Now, the positively reviewed pixel art horror title is heading to Xbox, PlayStation, and Switch on November 5th, 2026. Kingdom of Night is an isometric horror game heavily influenced by the 1980s and set in Miami. Players opting for the PS5 version will get a few extra character avatars to use.

Key features in Kingdom of Night:

Welcome to Miami, 1987 — Explore a handcrafted Arizona town consumed by a demonic invasion, from quiet suburban streets and local hangouts to sprawling underground lairs.
