During the “471st Arcade Archiver Exvania Special!” broadcast on April 4th, 2024, it was revealed that “Arcade Archives VS. Super Xevious: Gamp’s Mystery” will launch on April 11th, 2024. As a part of the ongoing “Arcade Archives” initiative to bring back classic 80s and 90s arcade games, this news was shared during a regular live-streamed event. The event features “Udetsu’s Encore Corner,” where Mr. Kazuhito Udetsu from Bandai Namco Entertainment typically discloses new titles. The re-release of this particular Namco title for the Nintendo VS. System marks a first for the Arcade Archives project, hinting at more reissues to come. Additionally, this spring will see the “Namco Festival 2024,” with “VS. Super Xevious: Gamp’s Mystery” as its second offering.
