We first reported on Cloudbreaker, a new bullet-heaven Survivors-like title from Ballast Games, when a new demo dropped on Steam a few months ago. Since then, the developer has confirmed that Cloudbreaker will launch on September 15th, 2026. In Cloudbreaker, bullet heaven combat meets a satisfying, puzzle-based inventory management system. Players tear through hordes of Biotes, collect new engine parts, and secure a future for their sky home.
In a press statement, Ballast Games said. “After its successful demo debut in June Steam Next Fest, the two-person team at Ballast Games has been tirelessly implementing user feedback and working toward Cloudbreaker’s launch.”
