Pixel Art Blasters Infinos And Infinos 2 Out On Consoles

PixelHeart and Picorinne Soft have announced that retro shooter Infinos, and its sequel Infinos 2, have been ported to modern consoles and are available digitally now on PS4/PS5, Nintendo Switch 1/2, and Xbox. The games are priced at about $5, depending on the platform. The games were originally released in the 2010s and were acclaimed for being great throwbacks to the classic era of pixel art shumps, especially due to the great graphics and chiptune sounds.

About the games:

Infinos is a pixel art side-scrolling shoot’em up that pays tribute to the golden age of arcade shooters while offering fast-paced, modern gameplay. Players pilot the Fauria through six action-packed stages, each with its own enemies, hazards, environments, and deadly bosses. From fortified enemy bases and mechanical cities to asteroid fields and the devastated core of your home planet, each level offers a new challenge and a unique atmosphere.

Infinos 2 is a 2D horizontal shoot ’em up designed as a tribute to the golden age of Japanese arcade classics. Pixel-perfect graphics, relentless action, and precise, accessible mechanics combine to deliver an immediately captivating experience that rewards mastery. Each level reveals a unique setting, new enemies, and bosses with complex attack patterns.
