We’ve been following the release of Lethal Wedding, a new overhead shooter for the Sega Genesis, closely, with our last news confirming the upcoming Kickstarter. A new trailer has been released to coincide with the news, giving us a bit more of a glimpse into what to expect in the final game. No doubt, anyone backing the Genesis version in the crowdfunding campaign will be able to get a Steam key as well.
In a press statement, developer Mega Cat Studio said. “Mega Cat Studios and publisher 8 Bit Legit today announced that Lethal Wedding, its top-down shooter inspired by 80s action cinema and classic 16-bit games like Zombies Ate My Neighbors, is coming to Steam in addition to the previously announced Sega Genesis / Mega Drive version. The physical edition launches on Kickstarter on June 2nd, 2026.”
