Despite its name, NEOGEO Styles is not a collab between SNK and a certain former One Direction singer, but it is actually a new merch brand and online store based around SNK’s beloved NEOGEO gaming system.
SNK says of NEOGEO Styles that it: “is built around the idea that SNK titles are not only meant to be played, but also worn, displayed, and incorporated into products that align with modern lifestyles and contemporary fashion trends, ” adding that it has been: “inspired by the legacy of NEOGEO-era gaming culture and SNK’s iconic characters, the brand transforms beloved game experiences into products that align with modern lifestyles and contemporary fashion trends. Going forward, SNK plans to continue expanding the brand through new merchandise, limited-edition items, and collaborations with creators and lifestyle brands.”
SNK’s NEOGEO is undergoing something of a renaissance at the moment, with the recently-announced NEOGEO AES+ console, on which we reported recently, and now, the new NEOGEO Styles brand and online store.
At launch, NEO GEO Styles products will only be available in Japan, but SNK promises that: “support for overseas customers planned in stages,” satying that: “ overseas purchases are planned to be supported through the proxy purchasing service “Buyee Connect” starting in mid-June 2026.”
