Plungeez is a new Metroidvania title from developer Team Zeroth, a passionate Brazilian indie game development team from Salvador, Bahia, and publisher QUByte Interactive. It is due for release on Steam, Xbox, PlayStation, and Nintendo Switch on August 13, 2026. Plungeez features a vibrant, modern pixel art style and replaces traditional combat with puzzles and environments to interact with.
With deep, non-linear progression, every new tool players find, from a heavy wrench to a diving suit, opens up a whole new layer of this pixel-art world. And the most important tool is the plunger, which allows players to stick to walls and navigate the labyrinth.
