Queens Domain is a new retro-fantasy action RPG from developer Freshly Baked Games and publisher Future Friend Games for Steam. It was announced at the recent PC Gaming Show and “combines brutal combat and a super stylish retro-fantasy aesthetic with traversal-focused exploration on an interconnected island filled with secrets”. The developer has mentioned that Queens Domain has been inspired by the progenitor of Dark Souls, King’s Field, alongside the release of a new demo.
Players will embark on a quest to find their father, who disappeared on the mysterious Isle of Neasied, where sinister forces gather, secrets hide everywhere, and the sleeping Queen has begun to stir. They start by being washed up on the shores of the Isle of Neasied, and set out to uncover the dark heart of this mysterious isle.
