Spectaculator 9 Spectrum Emulator Out Now

Spectaculator 9, the 9th iteration of one of the most popular ZX Spectrum emulators for PC is now available for Windows PCs.

This new version of the Spectaculator ZX Spectrum emulator has been designed with modern PCs in mind, and it is compatible with Windows 10 and later. The new version of Spectaculator offers new features, inclding  support for  4K displays and multi-monitor set-ups.

This is the first major update to Spectaculator since Spectaculator 8 was released back in 2012. Spectaculator 8.0 was also recently released for iOS devices.

The most significant updates in Spectaculator 9 concern its debugger, but don’t worry if that all sounds too technical for you, because Spectaculator 9 also makes it easy to run ZX Spectrum games on your modern PC, and that’s certainly what we’ll be using it for!

Spectaculator 9 is available as a free upgrade for users that purchased Spectaculator version 7.5 and older, and for those that purchased 8.0 with lifetime free upgrades.

However, if you don’t own a qualifying earlier version of Spectaculator, you can download Spectaculator 9 on a 30-day try ‘n’ buy basis, then, once your 30-day period is over, if you wish to continue using Spectaculator 9, you can buy a copy for £10.99 GBP, or £20.99 with lifetime upgrades.
