We’ve been following the celebrations of Tomb Raider at 30, with the highlight being a remake of the first game from Amazon Game Studios, Crystal Dynamics and Flying Wild Hog. Now, there is more good news for those waiting on the original game remake: Tomb Raider: Legacy of Atlantis‘s physical release details have dropped, and they look amazing. The physicals are set to launch on February 12, 2027, on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch 2, with three physical editions to choose from. There is also a digital PC version to pre-order on Steam.
In Tomb Raider: Legacy of Atlantis, players will step into the boots of Lara Croft as she embarks on a treacherous globe-trotting quest to discover the lost secrets of Atlantis, with jaw-dropping visuals, modernized gameplay, and new surprises that honor the spirit of the original game. Immersive environments, familiar puzzles redefined with new mechanics, and unforgettable moments – like the legendary battle against the T-Rex – are transformed as epic gameplay encounters on a cinematic scale. This is the legendary adventure fans remember, reimagined in ways that weren’t possible before, and with new surprises.
The standard edition will include the base game of Tomb Raider: Legacy of Atlantis as a digital download and a new outfit for Lara. The deluxe versions add a 48-hour early launch access as well as another outfit and a post-launch DLC pack. For those spending big, the collectors’ edition includes a premium steel case, a Lara Croft vs. the T-Rex statue, a mini art book, a Croft pin, and an Atlantean talisman keychain.
