Those wonderful folk over at iam8bit have announced a new Twisted Metal vinyl collection titled Twisted Metal Symphony. The double vinyl pack will include classics from Twisted Metal (1995), Twisted Metal 2, Twisted Metal: Black, Twisted Metal: Head-On, & Twisted Metal (2012); songs like “Rooftop Battle,” “Fire Walk,” and “Deathwish,” plus other offerings from across the franchise’s storied history. The Twisted Metal brand of bodacious steel-smashing, high-octane car combat became a staple of the PlayStation’s early days, and subsequent sequels, from Black to Head On and beyond, further refined the series, while staying true to its original formula of nu-metal-inspired chaos.”
