A Frog’s Job 2: Froggina is a new retro-inspired platformer from developer 9Ratones and publisher Ratalaika Games. The game is out now on Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, and Steam, priced at $4.99. In A Frog’s Job 2: Froggina, players will jump over moving platforms, avoid pits, spikes, and enemies to rescue souls.
Taking on the role of Froggina, life has come to an end, and the Frog God seems impressed and tasks you with gathering the souls. It turns out most frog souls need a soul reaper to show them the way to the afterlife. And there seem to be few soul reapers currently, which is why he offers you a job! You can earn reincarnation if you collect enough lost frog souls.
A Frog’s Job 2: Froggina is the latest offering in Rataliaka Games’ ever-growing list of budget retro offerings, and it’s great to see another indie developer get some limelight in such a crowded area of video games.
