Jaleco Arcade Collection Vol. 1 and Jaleco Arcade Collection Vol. 2, two new collections of (and you’re probably ahead of us here) Jaleco arcade games will be released on PC, Nintendo Switch, and PlayStation 5 this winter.
Jaleco Arcade Collection vol. 1 will include these games: City Connection (1985); Aeroboto (Formation Z) (1984); Field Combat (1985); Pigs & Bombers (Butasan) (1987); P-47: The Freedom Fighter (1988); Saint Dragon (1989); Shingen Samurai-Fighter (1988); The Astyanax (1989); Cybattler (1993); and Naughty Boy (1982), with more games still to be announced.
Jaleco Arcade Collection vol. 2 will include the following games: Exerion (1983); Argus (1986); Earth Defense Force (1991); Makai Densetsu (1988); Iga Ninjutsu Den (1988); Plus Alpha (1989); Pop Flamer (1982); Rod Land (1990); Soldam (1992); and Avenging Spirit (Phantasm) (1991), again, with more games still to be announced.
Both collections will be published by Gravity, and while an exact release date is still to be announced (beyond “winter 2026”), you can wishlist both Jaleco Arcade Collection vol. 1 and Jaleco Arcade Collection vol. 2 on Steam now.
These two volumes of Jaleco Arcade Collection follow earlier compilations of Jaleco’s sports titles, on which we reported previously, and a similar Jaleco arcade collection titled ‘Jaleco Arcade 1,’ which includes eight Jaleco arcade games, was released for Evercade back in 2022, and unlike several of Evercade’s earlier release, the cartridge is still available to purchase.
