Back in November, we reported on Dave the Diver’s new DLC, In the Jungle, and that there was going to be a physical edition arriving. The initial DLC release date has been pushed back to June 18th, 2026, and it will be available on all platforms. A new trailer provides a closer look at the characters, critters, and minigames players can look forward to when the DLC releases this summer.

The In the Jungle DLC sees Dave venture into new territory as he assumes freshwater responsibilities, meets the locals, helps familiar friends, and explores unfamiliar waters. This quaint jungle village is brimming with opportunity. The Dave the Diver DLC launches with approximately ten hours of content, introducing surprising new encounters and mechanics that branch boldly away from the base game and previous DLCs.

Developer Mintrocket, alongside physical specialists Silver Lining Direct, has also announced that two physical editions of Dave the Diver are now up for pre-order for PlayStation 5 and Switch 2. There was confirmation that the physical editions will include the full DLC lineup, with the Collector’s Edition inclusions revealed as well. Both editions are up for pre-order now, but will also be available via local retailers on release.
