It’s out now on Steam, priced at $19.99, and is the latest entry into the cult-classic Deep Sleep series. The developer describes Deep Sleep Labyrinth of the Forsaken as “a haunting fusion of point-and-click adventure and turn-based combat”, and it features an “unsettling standalone story”.
Players take on the role of Amy, who believed her brother Thomas was dead. His obsession with lucid dreaming always seemed like harmless eccentricity until she discovered his journals, and the possibility that he might still be out there, trapped somewhere far beyond waking reality. To find him, Amy must descend into dreamscapes both fantastical and terrifying, solving puzzles, shaping her surroundings, and standing her ground against the nightmares that lurk within.
Deep Sleep Labyrinth of the Forsaken lets players choose when to fight and when to flee.
