Sony Interactive Entertainment has announced that two classic games, Dino Crisis and Legacy of Kain: Blood Omen, will be added to the PlayStation Plus Classics Catalog in 2024. These games will be available for Extra and Premium subscribers, although an exact release date has not been provided yet.
Dino Crisis, developed by Capcom, is a survival horror game that originally debuted in 1999 on the PlayStation. It follows Regina, a special operations agent, as she navigates a research facility overrun by dinosaurs. The game is known for its intense atmosphere and gameplay, reminiscent of the Resident Evil series.
Legacy of Kain: Blood Omen, developed by Crystal Dynamics, is part of the Legacy of Kain series. This action-adventure game involves a narrative-driven experience where players control a vampire named Kain on his quest for vengeance.
These additions to the PlayStation Plus Classics Catalog are part of Sony’s broader strategy to offer a rotating selection of classic games from older PlayStation consoles to its subscribers.
