Football Manager Revisited: International Edition is a new World Cup-themed take on Kevin Toms’s seminal 1982 ZX SpectrumFootball Manager game, and it’s been released on the format where it all began, the 8-bit ZX Spectrum home computer.
Football Manager Revisited: International Edition has been built by Midnight Brew Games, with the full involvement of the original ZX Spectrum Football Manager creator, Kevin Toms.
The game has been revamped to simulate the World Cup rather than the English football league of the original, and this new version, titled Football Manager Revisited: International Edition, includes all 48 teams who will be playing in this year’s World Cup, with over 100 players to choose from to build your cup-winning squad.
As we previously reported, Kevin Toms recently returned to the football management genre with the retro-styled title Football Star Manager, which is available on Steam, but this new title, Football Manager Revisited: International Edition is a revamped version of his original ZX Spectrum game, for the very format on which it all began.
Football Manager Revisited: International Edition is available to download now on a pay what you feel basis, via Ko-Fi in .TZX format for ZX Spectrum emulators or original ZX Spectrum hardware.
