While not strictly retro, we’re sure news of a new Goosebumps game will stir the nostalgia glands. Goosebumps: Terror in Little Creek is heading to Switch, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC via Steam on the 29th of August 2025. Developed by PHL Collective and published by GameMill Entertainment, the game is a stealth-adventure game echoing the terrifying children’s horror books.
Players will control Sloane Spencer, a young teen caught in a town of nightmares. They’ll unravel eerie enigmas, confront sinister monsters, and navigate haunted locations inspired by R.L. Stine’s legendary book series. Players will also solve fiendish puzzles and evade frightful creatures, all while experiencing the signature blend of playful scares and twists that have captivated millions of Goosebumps fans, both young and young at heart, for decades.
There is also a physical edition being prepared for Switch, PlayStation, and Xbox that will please realtor fans who want something to hold on to during the scary moments. Those opting for digital can also buy the extra aesthetic packs, called Frightmare Edition, for a further £5. All standard versions, physical or digital, will be £35.
