Pixel Art RPG Greedy Greedy Gnomes Gobbles Up A Steam Release Date

Earlier this year, we reported on Greedy Greedy Gnomes. Previously called Eldor’idle, this “incremental RPG” will launch on Steam on August 12th, 2026, and was announced by a new trailer. “Greedy Greedy Gnomes is a deceptively simple incremental idle RPG,” according to developer Nautlander, and it “takes the best part of every RPG (breaking pots, obviously) and takes it to number-go-up extremes”. The developer is flying solo for this project and has put a lot of thought into the gameplay in this pixel art title.

Coins can be used to unlock upgrades, new buildings, equipment, and more. Hire gnomes to break the pots on your behalf, and train them up to increase speed, strength, and efficiency.  Players can do whatever they want to do, because at the end of the day, only one thing matters: growing a fortune to the absolute limit.  Players start in the quaint town of Eldor’Idle, where citizens sit around in their houses all day. The houses have pots. The pots have coins. Click on a pot and get one coin.

Key features in Greedy Greedy Gnomes:

Settle in an RPG town

Unlock new buildings in the village

Train up your gnome employees

Play the economy

Become a billionaire, one click at a time
