Halloween 1985 is a new pixel art platformer from developer Spoonbox Studio and publisher EastAsiaSoft. As spooky season approaches, this retro-inspired single-screen platformer will be haunting onto PS4, PS5, Switch, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S on October 29th, 2025, priced at $4.99. 

When monsters steal Pumpkman’s pumpkins on Halloween night, it’s up to the player to get them back. They’ll dash through five vibrant, quirky levels, outsmarting classic foes such as Dracula, The Mummy, and The Witch. Players will jump, dodge, and battle their way to the monster lairs, then take on the big boss in a final showdown.

Halloween 1985 also includes three game modes, a retro chiptune soundtrack, and high-score chasing, just like the golden age of arcade gaming.
