Hydlide MSX Port Launching on Switch as Part of EGGCONSOLE Series

The MSX port of Hydlide is set to be released on the Nintendo Switch on September 5, 2024. This release is part of D4 Enterprise’s EGGCONSOLE series, which focuses on bringing retro games to modern platforms. The game will initially be available on the Japanese eShop, with plans for an international release to follow shortly after. This version of Hydlide will remain largely faithful to its original 1985 release, with the addition of an English how-to-play section and menus, as well as a gallery featuring development artwork.
