In the past, we have covered several NES to SNES fan ports created by the homebrew developer Infidelity, including previously reporting that Infidelity was working on a number of NES to SNES fan ports of Konami titles, including a NES to SNES port of Konami’s run ‘n gun title Super C.
Infidelity initially released his NES to SNES port of Super C on February 26 2026, but following that original release, Infidelity has now updated his Super C port, fixing a bug that affected the player walking off ledges when using the L button, as well as a couple of other minor issues, and Infidelity’s updated and improved version of his Super C NES to SNES port is now available to download.
Of the Konami NES to SNES ports that Infidelity announced that he was working on, he has already released his SNES port of the NES game Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, as we previously reported.
Super C was the first sequel to Konami’s Contra, and it was originally released on the NES back in 1988. In Japan, the game was released under the name Super Contra, and in Europe, it was known as Probotector II: Return of the Evil Forces.
