We’ve been following the release of The Last Gas Station, a cozy pixel art management sim from developer Alawar. Following the news of a new fishing content update, the developer has now released a new pack that adds photography and photo albums. This is the latest content update for a game that has been receiving many positive reviews since its release on Steam, and players will no doubt be snapping away during their shift.
Players can now discover and repair a camera before setting out to photograph every car that stops by the station. From everyday vehicles to rare finds, every snapshot contributes to a collectible photo album. Completing collections rewards players with cash prizes, while displaying photos of rare cars on the station’s photo stand grants Civilization bonuses.
Set in a world where electric vehicles have replaced traditional fuel-powered cars, The Last Gas Station puts players in charge of restoring a rundown roadside business to its former glory by serving customers, managing inventory, upgrading equipment, and exploring the surrounding area. The Last Gas Station is available now on Steam and is currently 30% off until August 14. The game will continue to receive new content as part of its post-launch roadmap.
