Retro Classics, the Antstream Arcade-powered cloud streaming app for streaming retro titles to play via Microsoft’s Game Pass service, on which we have previously reported, has just has a new batch of seven additional retro titles added to its library.

The new titles were added to the Retro Classics service for Game Pass subscribers on November 12. Said seven new additions to the service are: Blackthorne (SNES, 1994, (32X, 1995); Rock & Roll Racing (SNES, 1993), The Lost Vikings (SNES, 1993); The Lost Vikings 2 (PlayStation & SNES, 1997); and RPM Racing (SNES, 1991). The Retro Classics app now offers over 70 retro titles for Xbox and PC Game Pass subscribers to play via cloud streaming.

All seven of the new additions to Game Pass’s Retro Classics app were either developed by Blizzard or were based on Blizzard IP. The Retro Classics app is available to download for subscribers to Xbox Game Pass Essential, Premium, Ultimate, or PC Game Pass. These seven games are the third batch of titles to be released via the Retro Classics app. Let’s hope there are many more to come! Subscription services such as Game Pass, Nintendo Switch Online, and PlayStation Plus may be criticized by some as being overpriced, but they really do deliver for retro gaming fans, with new retro titles added to their catalogs regularly!
